После нанесения первых ударов по Курской области, которые пришлись на приграничные населенные пункты, губернаторы договорились об эвакуации в соседний Воронеж.
Является ли это сигналом о возможном нанесении ударов по Белгороду и Курску - сказать не беремся, но очевидно, что вероятность не нулевая.
