🧀 Краевые сыровары показали свое мастерство на всероссийском конкурсе «Лучший по профессии», который прошел в Самарской области.

Участниками от края стали технологи молокоперерабатывающих предприятий АО «Искра» Александра Сипцова и ОАО «Молоко» Елена Дмитриева — она завоевала четвертое место среди 45 участников со всей России.

Отметим, что каждый год номинации конкурса «Лучший по профессии» изменяются. Лучших сыроделов в этом году выбирали впервые.
