Соль в том, что уже 4 года город входит в федеральную программу, на реализацию которой в город поступают средства.
До 2024 года на улучшение качества воздуха в южной столице региона будет вложено 6,6 млрд рублей из российского бюджета. За это время планируется уменьшить вредные выбросы в атмосферный воздух Новокузнецка на 69 тыс тонн.
Но пока все становится только хуже: Новокузнецк продолжает оправдывать званиеодного из самых грязных городов страны.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
