З МАРГа справа пайшла ў міліцыю і ў выніку пытанне разглядалася на пасяджэнні Гродзенскай абласной камісіі па правядзенні ацэнкі сімволікі, атрыбутыкі і інфармацыйнай прадукцыі.
Камісія вырашыла, што так нельга — і вытворчасць «ДеSSертов» прыпыненая, пакуль не прыдумаюць новую назву (без «SS»)
