И очень сомнительно, что данные сценарии включают в себя разгон нефтедобычи до космических показателей. Хотя, с другой стороны, принцип «Сгорел сарай, гори и хата» никто не отменял. Можно спустить всю нефть и по дешевке, если только на ней и держится сгоревший сарай.
