На основании решения Думы города Черкесска от 24.11.2022 №43 «Об утверждении прогнозного плана (программы) приватизации объектов муниципальной собственности на 2023 - 2025 годы», мэр Алексей Баскаев подписал постановление о реорганизации МУП «Специализированное автохозяйство по уборке города» (САХ) в ООО «САХ».
САХ возглавляет дядя главы КЧР Рашида Темрезова – Кемал Коркмазов. Как и племянник, Кемал Джагафарович находится в должности с 2011 года.
Первоначально в качестве учредителя будут выступать структуры мэрии, а что будет потом – вопрос риторический. Третий срок Темрезова близится к окончанию, а многочисленному клану нужно на что-то жить, если лидер уйдёт с должности.
Странно, что Рашид Бориспиевич, который во время прямого эфира сетует на проблему с мусором в Черкесске, не спрашивает об этом своего дядю Кемала и своего друга Руслана Тамбиева, которые сосредоточили в своих руках прибыль от работы с ТБО в республиканской столице.
