Скамеры дозвонились до мужичка и за 200 000 рублей предложили ему поджечь полицейскую машину. Он согласился, но запросил предоплату в 50 000 рублей, чтобы заказчики подтвердили серьёзность своих намерений.
Получив предоплату, мужик пошёл и пропил всю сумму, а затем запросил ещё 20 000 рублей и...снова их пропил. В конце концов он просто заигнорил мошенников.
А что так можно было, подумали все жертвы, обманутые мошенниками

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
