Энергетики решили обойтись без глобальных отключений электроэнергии в Липецке 27 января
27 января в связи с необходимостью проведения ремонтных работ и установки приборов учета электроэнергии в городском электросетевом комплексе будет временно приостановлена подача электроэнергии потребителям:
- с 09:00 до 17:00 – ремонтные работы: ул. им. Баумана д. 85 – 193; ул. Земляничная, д. 21, 29; ул. Надежды, д. 1-14; ул. Васильковая.
- с 08:00 до 17:00 – мероприятия в рамках технологического присоединения к сетям: ул. Агрономическая, д. 1; Боевой проезд, д. 25/2, 25/3, 25а, 26, 27, 27а, 28, 29, 30, 5, 5а; ул. Виктора Музыки; ул. Опытная, д. 1-27; Трубный проезд, д. 1.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
