🤝При поддержке отдела молодежи и спорта Администрации города Лисичанска и активном участии Лисичанского отделения Партии "Единая Россия" прошла товарищеская встреча по шахматам между победителями Первенства спортивной школы и участниками СВО.

🕰♟Наши юные шахматисты встретились с участниками специальной военной операции, которые стоят на страже нашей Родины. Это было незабываемое событие, полное эмоций, азарта и, конечно же, шахматных баталий. Воспитанники Лисичанской спортивной школы №1 показали себя настоящими мастерами тактики и стратегии, а герои поделились с ними своими историями и вдохновили на новые свершения.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
