Могу порекомендовать ему и довольно удобный гимнастический приём (хотя и смехотворный) – 50 земных поклонов. Я себе как раз такой урок назначал – и не смущался тем, что надзиратель, подсматривая в окошечко, диву даётся, откуда это вдруг такая набожность в человеке, который ни разу не пожелал побывать в предварилкинской церкви!
