Bunday holda faqat 2 ta vaziyatda ruxsat beriladi:
1) talaba oila qursa va turmush o‘rtog‘i doimiy yashaydigan hududdagi OTMga ko‘chmoqchi bo‘lsa;
2) davlat xizmatchisi ish yuzasidan boshqa hududga ko‘chsa va turmush o‘rtog‘i yoki voyaga yetmagan farzandining o‘qishini o‘sha hududga ko‘chirmoqchi bo‘lsa (ishga kirgan vazirlik xati asosida).
❌Boshqa holda “ichki perevod”ga ruxsat yo‘q. Boshqa hududga ham, o‘z hududidagi boshqa OTMga ham.
