Прокурорская проверка обнаружила в Доме престарелых и инвалидов (ДПИ) такие нарушения санитарного законодательства и требований пожарной безопасности, устранение которых требовало проведения ремонта.
Поскольку эти нарушения угрожают санитарной и пожарной безопасности большого круга лиц, прокурор обратился в суд и потребовал:
📌от учредителя ДПИ - в течение 3 месяцев со дня вступления решения суда в законную силу профинансировать расходы, связанные с приведением ДПИ в соответствие требованиям пожарной безопасности и санитарно-эпидемиологического законодательства,
📌от самого ДПИ - в течение 4 месяцев после доведения лимитов бюджетных обязательств организовать устранение нарушений.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
