Так, предприятие по переработке мяса «Энергия» оформила пищевой сертификат на это блюдо объемом 921,5кг со сроком годности до 18 июня 2025 года. В качестве сырья они указывали «субпродукты говяжьи (печень), замороженная» с различными сроками годности от апреля до июня.
Выяснилось, что сроки увеличили от 2 до 62 дней. Продукция поступила в 29 образовательных учреждений Тюменской области. В настоящее время опасное блюдо изъяли из обращения.
