За 3 недели тренировок и диеты я уменьшилась на одно деление на ремне. Однажды, с удачным светом и ракурсом разглядела скулы)
☹Зарядки вчера и сегодня пропускала(( записала себе в «долги» на следующую неделю тоже. Но мне теперь даже маловато одной 15минутки, так что даже хорошо.
🤩Школой занимаюсь все плотнее. Теперь у Сони еще подготовительные курсы с традиционной школьной программой, чтобы познакомиться с учительницей. Вчера просто в восторге вышла с занятий.
🌟Цифровой чисткой продолжаю заниматься. 2024 год весь скинула теперь на внешний диск.
