Все городские детские школы искусств продолжают работать в ведении департамента культуры Москвы и финансироваться из городского бюджета. Будет продолжена работа по модернизации и оснащению учреждений за счет бюджета.
Также не обсуждается и никогда не обсуждалось увольнение педагогов старше 55 лет и вообще сокращение педагогического состава, утверждают в депкульте.
