Противник очередной раз атаковал нефтебазы на территории России.

Ударам подверглась нефтебаза в Каменском районе Ростовской области и хранилища топлива на территории комбината «Зенит» Росрезерва в Кировской области. Это уже второй удар ВСУ по резервным хранилищам топлива за последнее время.

Как и прежде, проблема защиты объектов топливной инфраструктуры (да и прочих) до сих пор не решена и похоже не спешит решаться вовсе. До сих пор существует блаженная уверенность в том, что если ранее куда то еще не прилетало, значит и делать ничего не надо, а расстояния в 1000-1500 км являются ультимативной защитой от всего.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
