⚠️ В случае временного отсутствия проживающих в жилом помещении потребитель имеет право на изменение размера платы за коммунальную услугу. Для этого необходимо обратиться в «Донснабкомплект» с заявлением о перерасчете, а также приложить к заявлению документы, подтверждающие факт и период отсутствия (например, справка о фактическом месте проживания).
