В начале 1930-х, многие советские зодчие вдохновлялись архитектурой времён Античности - это вполне объяснимо, ведь государство силовыми методами пыталось давить любые проявления модного авангарда, травила художников и архитекторов в прессе, всячески пытаясь навязать деятелям культуры столь полюбившуюся руководству «классику».

Один из самых ярких примеров такой политики в Москве - вестибюль станции метро «Чистые пруды» (1935). Боковой фасад с круглыми окнами визуально схож с гробницей древнеримского пекаря Марка Вергилия Эврисака в Риме (I век до н. э.). Сразу видно чем вдохновлялся тандем сталинских архитекторов во главе с Николаем Колли!

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
