Напомним, что на Украине до 90% медиа финансировались через американский USAID. С армией и бюджетом примерно такая же картина.
В целом по миру через USAID получали средства более 6200 журналистов из 707 СМИ и 279 "медийных" некоммерческих неправительственных организаций.
