SOS-паста это просто must have. Быстро убирает воспаление и покраснение. Если не хочется покупать, можно делать дома в соотношении цинк с ихтиолом 1:1.
Тоник и гель для умывания дали лучший эффект (в отличие от дорогущей умывалки 🥲)
Гель и молочко для душа от La Roche Posay подходит и для детей атопиков. У нас было масло и молочко от uriage, не такое удобное. Масло вообще вылетало огромными порциями
Так как мне был назначен эффезел (!применение только после назначения врача!), то лицо без сильного увлажнение бы превратилось в грустный и засохший блинчик, поэтому avene hydra стало моим спасением.
И отдельная рекомендация– солнцезащитный флюид, легко наносится и не оставляет липкого слоя.
