Мы бы с радостью включились в эту историю с поисками инсайдеров в ЦБ, В ПСБ, да хоть в Минфине, но к сожалению нужно признать – наш регулятор ведет себя как слон в посудной лавке. После того как ЦБ 13 декабря слил в СМИ информацию о выставленном требовании ПСБ в срочном порядке доначислить в резервы более 100 млрд, всем стало ясно - банк уходит в ФКБС. Было бы довольно странным, если бы НПФ "Сафмар" и НПФ "Будущее" 14 декабря не пытались продать акции ПСБ, а молча бы наблюдали за тем, как деньги их клиентов сгорают в ЦБ.
Мы, например, были уверены, что ЦБ сознательно дал один день на проведение такой операции, однако как выясняется - это был просто "эффект слона".

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
