Вожатые в детских лагерях должны будут объяснять подросткам 15–17 лет необходимость создавать крепкие семьи «на основе российских традиционных семейных ценностей». Минпросвещения утвердило проект единой программы по воспитательной работе в российских детских лагерях.
Согласно тексту программы, юношей и девушек 15–17 лет также собираются в обязательном порядке учить проявлять готовность служить в армии и осознавать «свое единство с народом России».

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
