На территории Республиканского физико-математического лицея в Махачкале прошла благотворительная ярмарка «Золотая осень», организованная учащимися и педагогами. Все собранные средства направлены на лечение и реабилитацию 7-классницы Алии Магомедовой, перенесшей инсульт и обширное кровоизлияние в мозг.
На ярмарке были представлены товары ручной работы, выпечка, книги и канцелярия. Благодаря акции было собрано 755 182 рубля.
Организаторы благодарят всех за поддержку и участие в мероприятии.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
