35-летний мигрант домогался к 11-летней девочке в Московской области
Следователь территориального следственного отдела ГСУ СК России по Московской области задержал приезжего из Средней Азии.
Ему выдвинули обвинение в совершении преступления против половой неприкосновенности согласно пункту «б» части 4 статьи 132 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации.
По данным следствия, с декабря 2024 года по январь 2025 года обвиняемый, находясь в одной из квартир в Ликино-Дулево Орехово-Зуевского городского округа, совершил противоправные действия в отношении ребёнка.
По ходатайству следствия суд избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
