Прокуратура настаивала на 6-летнем сроке с штрафом 1,5 млн рублей, запретом на коммерческую деятельность на 5 лет и конфискацией арестованного имущества.
В перечень изъятого вошли денежные средства, более 50 земельных участков, а также автомобили Bentley Continental и Lamborghini Urus.
Суд назначил Блиновской штраф в 1 млн рублей, запрет на предпринимательскую деятельность сроком на 4 года и взыскал с нее 587 млн рублей.
Арестованное имущество Блиновской и ее супруга Алексея передано в доход государства.
