Готовим🍴 🩷Крупу промыть тщательно 🩷Если пшенка горчит - всегда сначала заливаем горячей водой, доводим до кипения и сливаем первую воду 🩷Пшенку и рис заливаем горячей водой, доводим до кипения и на среднем огне до испарения жидкости ~10 мин 🩷Вливаем разогретое молоко, под закрытой крышкой на слабом огне варим ~25 минут. Если кастрюлька не с толстым дном - помешиваем) Добавляем кусочек сливочного масла, оставляем томиться. Я - до утра😁
