1. Зернистый творог и йогурт натуральный измельчить погружным блендером, добавить мед, перемешать лопаткой. 2. Взбить 3 целых яйца и отдельно 3 белка с солью до однородной массы. 3. Растопить кокосовое масло и влить в творог, перемешать лопаткой, вести яйца. 4. Добавить просеянную муку, разрыхлитель, ванилин. 5. Растолочь 4 банана вилкой и добавить к основной смеси. Все перемешать.
Выпекать в формочках при 160-170 градусов до золотистого цвета.
