—Очевидно, этот вопрос интересует. Конечно, мы этим занимаемся. С большим интересом слушаю выступающих. После окончания я к вам подойду. —Очень бы хотелось узнать, когда хорошие законы примет наша Государственная Дура.
Выступая по теме, Бастрыкин рассказал, что 10 тысяч мигрантов, получивших гражданство России, отправились на СВО. Кроме того, более 30 тысяч человек, нежелающих вставать на воинский учет, задержаны в ходе рейдов.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
