تصویری از جلسه باشکوه!!! مجمع عمومی انجمن علوم سیاسی ایران. جالب توجه است که این تصویر و همه تصاویر این نشست دیگر در کانال انجمن موجود نیستند. @Nedaye_siyasat

باقی تصاویر این مجمع عمومی پرشکوه!!! و حضور اکثریت اعضای انجمن علوم سیاسی ایران که تازه این مراسم پس از فراخوان دوم برگزار شده است. باید هم تصاویر آن را از کانال رسمی انجمن علوم سیاسی پاک کنید. به هر حال وقتی تمرکز یک نهاد روی دورهمی رفقا و غش کردن در آغوش افرادی غیر مرتبط باشد نتیجه اش هم جز این نمی‌شود. در مورد آن متنی که به عنوان اهداف انجمن نوشته اید در فرصتی به تفصیل سخن خواهیم گفت. مطرح شدن این شایعه که یکی از اساتید محترم عضو هیات مدیره استعفا داده اند خود به خوبی نمایانگر وضعیتی است که انجمن با آن روبروست.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
