Сотрудники главного управления экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции (ГУЭБиПК) МВД России задержали генерального директора компании "Корпорация развития Курской области" Владимира Лукина по подозрению в злоупотреблении полномочиями при строительстве фортификационных сооружений в приграничье, что привело к необоснованному расходованию бюджетных средств в размере более 173 млн рублей.
В отношении Лукина возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 285 УК РФ (злоупотребление должностными полномочиями). Он задержан до избрания меры пресечения.
