Фигурантами стали двое жителей Астрахани. Они решили получить права на чужое имущество через нарушение закона. С октября по ноябрь 2024 года они подготовили документы для оформления сделки купли-продажи квартиры на улице Татищева, принадлежащей местному жителю. Мошенники не собирались оплачивать покупку квартиры, но хозяина жилплощади убедили подписать договор. Оформив сделку, астраханцы доставили потерпевшего в непригодный для проживания дом в одном из сел Икрянинского района.
Аферу местных жителей раскрыли и пресекли областные СК и УФСБ России. Во время расследования будут установлены все обстоятельства случившегося.
