В конце 90-х, в монастырском соборе поселка Боголюбово, на внутренней арке центрального алтаря храма чудесным образом проявилась фреска с изображением царя-мученика Николая Второго. Его образ проявлялся, словно на фотопленке, в течение длительного времени - нескольких месяцев. Вскоре чудо замазали. Позднее на колонне проявился образ Цесаревича Алексия, там же проявился и образ, похожий на царицу Александру. Свято-Боголюбов монастырь был основан великим князем Андреем Боголюбским в 1155 году. Именно на этом месте великому князю во сне явилась Божия Матерь и повелела перенести столицу Руси из Киева во Владимир. Андрея Боголюбского часто называют первым русским царем. Андрей Боголюбский был причислен Православной Церковью к лику святых. А через пять лет Государь также примет мученическую кончину в Екатеринбурге... Память св. блгв. вел. кн. Андрея Боголюбского - 17 июля. И 17 июля, был ритуально убит Государь вместе с семьей. ✍🏼ЦАРСКИЙ ВЕНЕЦ

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
