Доходная часть областного бюджета спрогнозирована в размере 134 млрд рублей. Расходная часть предварительно составит 149 млрд 569,8 млн рублей.
Бюджет включает средства на повышение зарплат в бюджетной сфере, индексацию социальных выплат и поддержку семей с детьми. Более половины всех расходов направлено на социальный блок, включая 43 млрд рублей на «детский» бюджет.
Приоритетами остаются реализация национальных проектов, создание комфортных условий для жизни и поддержка участников спецоперации.

Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
