Владимир Путин утвердил перечень поручений по итогам пресс-конференции Президента Российской Федерации 19 декабря 2024 года
🔹Исполнительным органам субъектов Российской Федерации рекомендовано обеспечить:
а) создание условий для ускоренного запуска проектов строительства индивидуальных жилых домов с использованием счетов эскроу;
б) проведение регулярного мониторинга в сфере индивидуального жилищного строительства, включая применение положений Федерального закона от 22 июля 2024 г. № 186-ФЗ «0 строительстве жилых домов по договорам строительного подряда с использованием счетов эскроу».

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
