Я не знаю, что делать, если честно.
С одной стороны, этот запрет коснется минимальной за всю историю части молодежи. Т.е. закрепит результат. С другой стороны, как и любой запрет в сторону молодежи, может дать несколько иной эффект.
В общем, у меня мысли про это достаточно прагматичные. Пока тренд позитивный и нет намеков (я с ними не знаком), что он изменится - я бы ничего не трогал.
С абортами я вот много раз это говорил - снижаются сами и прекрасно. С каждым годом все меньше и меньше. Так же и алкоголь у подростков. Пьют с каждым годом всё меньше? Всё хорошо. Не будем вмешиваться с лишними запретами и ограничениями.
