Хотела я написать умный пост о постановке целей с утра, а потом вспомнила, что давно не делилась рецептами, и решила показать вчерашний 20-минутный ужин.

Салат из баклажанов и бурраты

Ингредиенты:
руккола
буррата
баклажан
помидоры
винный уксус
бальзамик крем
оливковое масло
кинза
кедровые орешки

Как готовить?
Баклажаны почистить полосками и порезать на мелкий кубик. Хорошо разогреть сковороду, обжарить баклажаны на масле, хорошо посолив.
На подушку из рукколы выложить разорванную буррату, затем помидоры и баклажаны, добавить уксус, масло и бальзамик-крем, посыпать орешками и кинзой.

Вуаля! Ваш ужин прекрасен!
