На видео же невменяемый таксист, который прошлой ночью на Никулинской в Москве бился машиной о деревья и другой транспорт. Заметно, что клиент вообще никакой. Выяснят ли, под чем он? От освидетельствования таксист отказался. Скорее всего, его лишат прав года на полтора. Потом снова выдадут. Возможно, Гартунгу с коллегами стоило бы заняться законодательным механизмом, который запретил бы подобным персонажам оказывать услуги извоза пожизненно.

That hurt tech stocks. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
