Там без связи с внешним миром остались 40% пользователей. Еще в ряде областей потеря соединения коснулась от 15% до 25% пользователей.

Генеральный директор компании Yasno Коваленко сообщил, что графики отключений не действуют - отключения электроэнергии будут аварийными. Лишь к вечеру силами "Укрэнерго" удалось вернуться к отключениям по графику.
