На фоне разгрома в Курской области выглядит это как попытка оправдаться за тотальный провал и унижение ВСУ, которые не выполнили ни одной из поставленных задач. Главное, чтобы все согнанные туда Киевом силы не разбежались преждевременно - иначе свалить все на Северную Корю не получится.
