В «РИА Новости» посчитали, за какое время семья с одним ребенком и средней зарплатой в каждом регионе сможет накопить на типовую квартиру с площадью 60 квадратных метров по ценам на начало 2021 года, не используя средства банка.
В этом рейтинге Сахалин занял 9-е место из всех субъектов РФ. Жителям островного региона, по подсчетам издания, требуется приблизительно 4,5 года, чтобы накопить на собственную квартиру в этом году.
Прошлогодний же показатель оценивается в более чем 5 лет. Средняя же стоимость квартиры площадью в 60 кв. м составила 6,5 млн рублей, что ниже прошлогодних цен на 9%.
