«В 6 утра там еще догорали головешки. Видимо, ночью подожгли, в первую очередь сжигали ящики из-под фруктов и овощей, упаковки для продуктов», - сообщил «КП-Рязань» очевидец.
Участок вдоль старой железной дороги буквально завален мусором. Министерство природопользования Рязанской области видимых движений по поиску виновных, а также ликвидации свалки не предпринимает.
