Сегодня, в честь Дня белого медведя, подвели итоги детского творческого конкурса «Удивительный белый медведь» в SMART-библиотеке им. Н.Д. Неустроева.
В этом году в конкурсе приняли участие свыше 340 талантливых детей из трех возрастных групп: от 5 до 7 лет, от 8 до 10 лет и от 11 до 15 лет. Работы были представлены в двух направлениях: конкурс рисунков «Белый медведь – живой символ Арктики» и конкурс сказок «Мишкина книжка».

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
