В перечень показателей эффективности вошел 21 пункт, вот некоторые: доверие к федеральной власти, коэффициент рождаемости, «удовлетворенность» участников так называемой СВО условиями для реабилитации, переобучения и трудоустройства, вовлеченность граждан в «добровольческую деятельность», уровень бедности и условия для воспитания «патриотичной личности».

Сам бы он этот «экзамен» завалил, а вот что ждет глав регионов-лузеров, в документе не сказано. Либо губернаторопад, либо поток вранья в отчетах.
