🤡 Очередное заседание по делу Ибрагимовой, Андрющенко и Сытниковой снова пришлось отложить — на этот раз «слегла» защита Сытниковой. На предыдущем заседании подсудимый Андрющенко заявлял о болезни адвоката.

Судья Геворг Авитесян, явно уставший от "эпидемии" среди адвокатов, предложил подсудимой найти другого защитника. Но Сытникова категорически отказалась, заявив, что её адвокаты — лучшее, что могло с ней случиться.

Судья напомнил всем о необходимости рассматривать дело в разумные сроки и даже процитировал статью 6.1 УПК РФ.

Чтобы убедиться, что адвокаты действительно болеют, в медучреждения, выдавшие больничные листы, направят запросы.

Следующее заседание назначено на 18 декабря. Даст бог, к тому моменту "эпидемия" пойдёт на спад.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
