На видео — эвакуация раненых с места взрыва из холла в Алых Парусах. На кадрах видно, как выносят одного из тяжелораненых после взрыва. Его транспортируют на носилках медики и спасатели. Предположительно, с места ЧП выносят Армена Саркисяна.

После взрыва всех жильцов эвакуировали на автобусах, сообщают нам местные жители.
