У Мінскім гарадскім судзе з сакавіка па ліпень разглядалі справу ўраджэнца Жабінкі і грамадзяніна ПольшчыРамана Галузу. Яго затрымалі ў ліпені 2022 года па вяртанні ў Беларусь з Польшчы, дзе ён жыў апошнія дзевяць гадоў.
Яго абвінавацілі паводле ч. 1 арт. 356 КК (Здрада дзяржаве). Падрабязнасці справы і вынік суда невядомыя. Справу разглядала суддзя Алена Шылько.
19 ліпеня 2022 года Раман прыехаў у Беларусь і знік: пра яго месцазнаходжанне нічога не было вядома, а пошукава-выратавальны атрад «Паўднёвы Захад» абвясціў яго пошукі. Пазней высвятлілася, што мужчына знаходзіцца ў СІЗА КДБ. У Польшчы Галуза займаўся валанцёрствам — у тым ліку дапамагаў беларускім уцекачам. Паводле яго знаёмага, затрыманне Рамана магло быць загадзя спланаванае беларускімі сілавікамі.
Вярхоўны суд 11 кастрычніка разгледзіць апеляцыйную скаргу Рамана. Рашэнне будзе прымаць судовая калегія пад старшынствам суддзі Аляксея Хлышчанкова.
