При этом структура вакансий за год также изменилась. В 2024 году 65% вакансий предполагали полный рабочий день, а в 2025-м их доля снизилась уже до 40%. Доля вакансий с частичной занятостью, наоборот, выросла с 18 до 39%. Наибольшим спросом среди соискателей пользовались вакансии с частичной занятостью. По ним количество откликов выросло на 117% за год.
