Адресуя ясностью спекуляции и манипуляции, поясняем: поправки вступят в силу, если только получат одобрение на общероссийском голосовании — согласно ч.4 ст.3 закона о поправке в Конституцию России от 14.03.20.
Вышеуказанный закон имеет три статьи.
Статья 1 — это сами поправки; Статья 2 — вводит понятие «общероссийское голосование»; Статья 3 — в частности содержит вышеуказанную ч.4 о том, в каком именно случае поправки вступят в законную силу.
