В Алтайском крае начали массово увольняться сотрудники скорой помощи, сообщила депутат Госдумы от региона Мария Прусакова. По ее словам, кадровый дефицит наблюдается минимум в 13 районах края.
«В отчетах Минздрава все в порядке, но жить на селе стало опасным. По нормативу в экстренной ситуации "скорая" должна приехать в течение 20 минут. С таким укомплектованием это стало невозможным», — сказала депутат.
Врачи рассказали журналистам, что причиной их ухода стали низкие зарплаты и постоянные переработки, за которые перестали выплачивать компенсации. По их словам, перед увольнением их фактические зарплаты составляли 16-18 тысяч рублей.
