Ну, чтоб выполнить задачу, им придётся отменить Кишинёв, который до поры был известен лишь тем, что А.С.Пушкин в период пребывания там создал несколько нетленок... Так что культура там зародилась несколько раньше, чем Советский Союз поспособствовал появлению собственных звёзд типа Эмиля Лотяну, Евгения Доги, Михая Волонтира и ВИА "Оризонт".

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. NEWS It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
